HYDRATION TIPS!!
Start drinking increased volumes of water from now and avoid alcohol, rather than overloading with water on the event day
Bring a full bottle of water that you can refill throughout the day - refresh near the start pens (on Pall Mall) as well as the aid stations
Wear a high-factor suncream and consider wearing a cap on race day
Run responsibly and don't overexert yourself - this may not be a day for PBs, instead slow down and enjoy the views!
If you start to feel tired or unwell during the run, please slow down and consider taking a break

WEATHER WARNING
BAG DROP
Bag Drop location: Waterloo Place, SW1Y 5ER
If possible, please arrive ‘race ready’ meaning you don’t need to drop a bag at our bag facility. This will reduce queues and give you a smoother route to the start line. If this is not possible however, then please use the bag drop facility available for participants on the day.
Bag drop will close at 15:00 so make sure you pick up your items by then or they will be taken away with the lost property.
MY STARTING WAVE ALLOCATION
Your race number shows the letter of the start pen that you have been assigned based on your predicted finishing time.
If you want to start with a someone who has been allocated a different pen letter, you may move backwards to an alternative pen, but not forwards in an earlier starting wave.
For example:
Runner 1 is allocated in Pen C, but their friend, Runner 2, is allocated in Pen G.
Runner 1 can join their friend in Pen G, while Runner 2 cannot move forward to start in Pen C.
